Delivery & Shipping Information

We aim to deliver to as many destinations as possible and at a stated rate. We will advise you if your destination comes outside our normal rates.

Because we require a signature upon delivery of your order, we can only accept a physical delivery address whether it is to your home or workplace.

 Aggrey Jewellery will send your order to you once payment is processed. This processing may take up to 48 hours.

We will advise you immediately if your order is unable to be processed due to issues with payment processing or stock availability. You can go ahead and purchase out of stock items but please inquire first as to the possible delivery time. Special orders can take up to 6 weeks to deliver depending on our production cycle.

 Aggrey Jewellery is not liable for any duties, taxes, tariffs or other costs incurred at the country of destination.

Your order is sent to you with the best of care and packaged to ensure safe delivery. Upon receiving  your order, you are the proud owner of your jewellery and responsible for the care of your jewellery (refer Jewellery Care). If, in the unlikely event of damage to your jewellery in transit, please contact us immediately. If possible take photographs & email this and we will let you know the process of exchanging your goods.

We are happy to exchange faulty goods but we are unable to exchange goods that you have changed your mind about so please choose carefully.
